All pieces are hand made to order, therefore turnaround time is roughly  2-4 weeks.

We are confident that you will love your Annie Moran jewelry. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, articles are accepted for credit or exchange if returned in salable condition within 20 days of receipt, accompanied by a sales receipt.  A return form with instructions for returns will be included in your shipment.
